Coach Flo's recruiting strategy

Mission

Step 1 - Evaluation of the prospect's film or evaluate the prospect through a workout to determine what level he should be looking at while taking into consideration the schools he/she is interested in as well.

Step 2 - I conduct a zoom with your family after the initial signup to redo his/her twitter page to make it more impressive for college coaches when they end up going to his page.

Step 3 - I assist in the education of college recruiting with your son/daughter and family regarding aspects such as current up to date transfer portal, NIL rules, The covid year as well the getting a clearinghouse house and registering with the NCAA

Step 4 - I assist the prospect in the current process of how and what to tweet on social media.

Step 5 - I send bi weekly emails updating tall on the status of the prospect's twitter account with regard to followers and interest

Step 6 - Every 3 weeks till the August we conduct phone call to update on the status of recruiting

Step 7 - When time permits I conduct monthly zooms with members of my team to talk about issues and concerns with recruiting

Step 8 - I'm making phone calls, sending DM's and emails to all the schools on his behalf till we start to get traction and interest to get invited to camps, showcases and game day invites

Step 9 - We continue to update his player card and push out to as many schools as possible.
