Former William Paterson senior cornerback Leer Biddle finished his illustrious career with a selection to the D3football.com All-America Defensive First Team, as well as a ten day contract with the arena footballs Philadelphia Soul.

A member of the 2010 D3football.com All-East Region and All-New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) First Teams. A starter in all 40 games during his career, Biddle registered 158 total tackles (127 solo, 4.5 for loss), eight interceptions, 21 pass breakups, one fumble forced and two fumbles recovered.

Biddle participated in the first-annual FCS Senior Scout Bowl Dec. 11, earning an invitation to that event based on his performance at the Division III Football Senior Classic held Dec. 3 in Salem, Va. He contributed an interception, and after the North took a 20-18 lead thanks to a field goal with two seconds remaining, he cut off a lateral of the South Team’s kickoff return and ran it back 35 yards for a touchdown and the final points of the 26-18 victory.
