Football Showcase and Combine
Grades 5-8
This special football skills testing and coaching session will focus on speed, power and quickness, combined with essential football sklls development. Applying many of the same approaches taken at JF Sports’ College Prospect Showcases, players will receive hands-on tips from area high school and college coaches, and receive actionable feedback on their performance. This is a perfect way for younger players to set a baseline for improvement heading into high school.
Registration Fee: $75.00

Showcase Schedule
5:30 – 6:10 PM – Group A – Pre-Registration
6:10-6:25 PM – Stretch/Flex with Enrique Rosario – Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Ossining H.S.
6:25-7:25 PM – Testing (40, Pro Agility, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump & 3-Cone Drill)
7:25-7:30 PM – Break
7:30-8:00 PM – Offense / Defense Indy / Position Drills
8:00-8:30 PM – Switch
8:30 PM – Wrap Up/Talk to Coaches
