My name is Joseph Cassara, and I believe success is earned through discipline, preparation, and consistency.

Football has taught me the value of hard work, accountability, and putting the team first. As a center, I take pride in being a leader on the offensive line and someone my teammates can depend on in every situation. My position requires communication, intelligence, toughness, and trust, and I embrace the responsibility that comes with it every time I step onto the field.

I have always challenged myself to compete at a high level. In addition to football, I have competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and soccer, experiences that have helped shape my competitive mindset and taught me the importance of perseverance, discipline, and continuous improvement. No matter the sport, I enjoy competing, learning, and pushing myself to become better every day.

Leadership is something I value deeply. I believe leaders earn respect through their actions, work ethic, and willingness to put the team above themselves. As a captain, I strive to set a positive example by being coachable, prepared, and committed to helping my teammates succeed.

Academics are equally important to me. I understand that being a student-athlete requires commitment both in the classroom and on the field. I take pride in representing my family, school, and teammates with character and integrity in everything I do.

My goal is to continue my football career at the collegiate level while pursuing a quality education and contributing to a winning culture. I am looking for a program where I can compete, develop as a player, and grow as a student and leader. I am excited for the opportunity to bring my work ethic, commitment, and passion for the game to the next level.
