JF Sports Kicks off 2026 with Mid-Winter College Prospect Showcase

Feb 13, 2026

RANDOLPH, NJ — Top high school football prospects from the tri-state region showed they don’t take their offseason training lightly, posting impressive stats at JF Sports’ 2026 Mid-Winter College Prospect Showcase at the NJ Turf Academy here on January 24. More than 40 prospects from the classes of 2026 through 2030 put their skills and offseason conditioning on display during the full-day showcase and camp for high school football players, under the experienced eye of guest coach Ryan McCormack, Director of Scouting at the University of Rhode Island.

In addition to McCormack, a group of seasoned college position coaches teamed up with the JF Sports Showcase staff to run the players through their paces while the team from Zybek Sports was on hand to record verified times and measurements for all players.

Assessments by College Football Coaches

Several players from each class made a statement with their performances, giving coaches and onlookers a glimpse of what can be expected from them when they hit the field for the 2026 high school football season or, in the case of the 6 members of the 2026 class, when they attend their first football training camps as college freshmen. Zybek Sports, which provides the official times and measurements at the NFL Draft, compiled comprehensive reports on every player, including 10- 20- and 40-yard dash times, average velocity, maximal jump, vertical jump, broad jump, and a computed Zybek SAT® (Standardized Athletic Score) result that takes a combination of measurements into account. In addition to measureables, players were provided with valuable assessments and feedback from the college and high school coaches running position drills and 7-on-7 drills.
