1 0n 1 training

We offer position specific training for both sides of the ball in one-hour time blocks.  As a former college head football coach of 10 years and with 30 years of coaching experience overall I can cover fundamentals for the beginner, intermediate and more advance players on the same level as college football programs.   There is limited availability. Individual Training Sessions will end Aug 14,  2023.   Training Sessions will start again in Dec of 2024.

 $100 Per Hour – 1 Session- Per Week

Hour consists of 10-minute warmup & 45-workout with a 5-minute wrap up.

If we do multiple sessions in a week then the rate will be discounted to - $85 for each additional session.

WE ALSO ACCEPT CASH AND CHECKS

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds only camp credit and it is judged on a case-by-case bases.

We train in a variety of locations throughout Westchester County but will travel to other places in the Metro Area.

Within 24 Hours of Registering Jerry Flora will contact You to Schedule 1 on 1 Training. -Sessions are 60 Minutes of Instruction with a 10-minute Warm-Up.
