Meet Coach Jerry Flora
Jerry Flora has been coaching and mentoring student-athletes for 32 years. He has served as the head football coach at both the collegiate and high school levels for 13 years. Additionally, Flora was the Chairperson of the AFCA District 2 All-American Committee from 2015 to 2017. He also earned a professional certificate in NFL GM and Scouting from Sports Management Worldwide in 2020 while serving as the Vice President of the Section 1 Coaches Football Association from 2022 to 2024.
In 2024, Flora coached at Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, NY, where he mentored the running backs and coordinated the special teams and strength and conditioning programs.

Charles Way

Charles Way spent 21 years in the NFL as a player and as an executive. Selected in the 6th round of the NFL Draft by the New York Giants, Charles played 5 years as a fullback. Charles’ bruising running syle and powerful lead blocking earned him the knickname Charles “Get Out of My” Way.
After a knee injury ended his playing career, he served the next 14 years as the Giants’ Director of Player Development. In 2014, Charles went on to head the NFL’s Department of Player Engagement, working with all 32 NFL teams.
Charles earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virgina and is married to New Jersey Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of State Tahesha Way, Esq.

In order to accomplish the goal of standardized testing, everyone must be taking the same test and have it administered and graded the same way by a disinterested third party. In the world of athletic testing this means that all athletes will take the same core tests, measured on the same equipment, given by a person who is not their parent, coach or personally connected to them in any way. Since 2011, Zybek Sports has provided the only fully automated timing system used at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
Zybek Sports has also provided electronic timing for several collegiate Pro Day events, allowing coaching staff and scouts to compare Pro Day times with NFL Combine times, with the knowledge that athletes’ times were measured in exactly the same way at both events.
